Find the SOP related to your Division below and get familiar with the responsibilities related to your position. For questions or concerns please contact your Supervisor.

Learn the Organization Board below to learn the company's divisions and who is inside each of them. You will need to know where your place in the company is.

You can also learn the flow of production by reviewing some of the photos on the slideshow below as well, they give a generic breakdown of how the Company operates, as well as the steps a client takes, from clicking on an advertisement to providing his or her services.

Make sure you get invited to and accept department and company-wide meetings. For executives, they are every morning at 7am PST and for Company Wide they are every Monday and Friday at 7:30am PST.
